Summer Fun at Terrace Lakes Resort

  Escape the heat and enjoy warm sunny days and crisp mountain nights in the splendor of the mountains.  An easy one hour drive away from Boise, Idaho along Highway 55 following the beautiful Payette River is all it takes to get away from it all at Terrace Lakes Resort. 

Terrace Lakes Resort is home to a championship style 18-hole golf course.  You will delight in playing this unique mountain course.  Walk past streams, through the forest, but don’t be surprised as wildlife sighting are a frequent occurrence. A basketball court conveniently located right at the resort.  With many miles of hiking trails accessible near the resort, you will experience nature first hand.  

Exploring the Garden Valley area is a must while staying with us.  Get out on the Payette River for an amazing day of kayaking, tubing, canoeing, whitewater rafting, or fishing.  The choice is up to you! Take a day to go camping and experience the wilderness first hand. 

Don’t miss our annual Wine and Art Festival. In June, over 90 vendors participate in this fun summer tradition held right on the green of our golf course.  Artisans offer a wide variety of beautiful hand crafted items and artwork.  Sample the wine from the Northwest vineyards.  Enjoy the live music and food; this is a festival you will want to experience year after year. 

In the evening, enjoy a performance at the Starlight Mountain Theatre.  The theater has outdoor mountain amphitheater seating and sits right along the bank of the Middlefork of the Payette River.
