Thank you for being part of the Terrace Lakes Resort Wine & Art Festival. Please review the documents below before arriving. All vendors must check in under the scoreboard by the Golf Shop and follow the 2026 parking/load-in instructions.

2026 Vendor Applications

Choose the application that fits your booth:

Booth Rates (Artisan): Oct–Dec 2025 $125 • Jan 2026 $150 • Feb 2026 or later $175. Food Vendors: $275 Flat Fee

Parking & Load-In Instructions

  • Vendors receive a parking pass at check-in.
  • All vendor parking (trailers & campers too) is on the north end of the driving range.
  • Load-in entrance is on the north side of the pickleball courts.
  • Please unload within 15 minutes, then move your vehicle to vendor parking and walk items to your booth.
  • Check-in is located under the scoreboard by the Golf Shop.

Idaho Sales Tax (ST-124) Instructions

All vendors making sales at the festival must complete the Idaho ST-124 process for this event. Please download and follow the step-by-step instructions below:
