Rent a cozy one room cabin and enjoy access to miles of groomed cross country ski trails right from your front door. Ski rentals are available at the lodge for your convenience. You will ski past lakes and forest land where wildlife sightings are frequent. Have a camera ready! Don't forget a round of SNOLF (Snow Golf).
Also, while at Terrace Lakes Resort, be sure to try snow tubing on our hill. This is a favorite activity of children and adults! Is getting around faster in the snow more your style? The area is a snowmobiler’s paradise. Bring your own machine or let the snowmobile outfitters in the Garden Valley area help you pick the right machine for your needs. Access over 250 miles of trails as you explore on your snowmobile adventure.
Our geothermal pool is open in the winter months, ready for you to soak sore muscles and warm up after a day of fun winter recreation. The Garden Valley snowmobile trail system begins at the Terrace Lake Resort. A total of 137 miles are groomed, leading to Packer John and connecting with the trail system maintained by the Smith's Ferry grooming program. Park at Terrace Lakes in the morning, ride all day, then grab dinner and relax in our geothermal pool to cap off your day.
